ndmmxiaomayi SG The top frame is redundant. Remove that frame and make it into something else more prominent. And use CSS so that the user's computer settings doesn't affect the links.
the Bear SG get the company logo to put in place of the top frame.. it's too plain... try to get another colour scheme.. sites which have bad colour schemes, usually do not get repeat views..

For the frame with blue background... you go and think what to do with that huge space in the middle and at the bottom. The description of JobHire... why is the font the same size as the other fonts? It's hard to differentiate. Remove that bullet from Companies Hiring this week. Underline or bold it. The black background frame... go and adjust the spacing also. It's leaning too much to the right.
